Doctor Consultation to tailor make a treatment plan

Ama Pachana & Agni Deepana with medicines & dry and heat therapies

Oleation – both external & internal (Oil therapies & Snehapana) for 7 days

Panchakarma – Vasthy or Virechana or Nasya according to the Dosha imbalance

Food restriction for 2-3 days; take liquid and soups to augment Agni

Administration of Rasayana recipe; may start or continue after you return home
